    the research aims to design and implement an information system for BLT Dana Desa recipients in Tanambanas Barat Village, Central Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The current issues include the lengthy data collection process, the potential for recording errors, and the risk of data loss or misplacement. This issue has caused delays in the distribution of aid. The system development method uses the waterfall. Data collection through interviews, documentation, and observation. The research results in a prototype of a web-based BLT Dana Desa information system in Tanambanas Barat Village with five actors, namely the village head, village secretary, village treasurer, and the community. The developed system has been tested using black-box testing and the system usability scale, achieving an average score of 75. This score indicates that the system's acceptability ranges are suitable for use. The grading scale based on user assessment received a Grade of C. User experience received adjective ratings in the good category. Therefore, the system created can be considered suitable for use in the administration of the BLT Dana Desa service in Tanambanas Barat Village. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi penerima BLT Dana Desa Pada Desa Tanambanas Barat di Kabupaten Sumba Tengah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Permasalahan saat ini, proses pendataan memakan waktu lama, adanya potensi terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan, serta risiko kehilangan atau tercecernya data. Permasalahan ini mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam penyaluran bantuan kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan.
