• Abstrak Ringkasan:

  The research aims to design and implement an information system for BLT Dana Desa recipients in Desa Tanambanas Barat, Central Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The current issues are that the data collection process takes a long time, there is a potential for errors in recording, and there is a risk of data loss or misplacement. This issue has caused delays in the aid distribution to people in need. The system development method uses the Waterfall method, and data collection is carried out through interviews, documentation, and observation. The research results in a prototype of a web-based BLT Dana Desa information system in Desa Tanambanas Barat with five actors: the hamlet head, village head, village secretary, village treasurer, and the community. The developed system has been tested using black-box testing and the system usability scale, achieving an average score of 75. This score indicates that the system's Acceptability Ranges are suitable for use. At the same time, the Grade Scale based on user assessment received a Grade C. User experience received Adjective Ratings in the Good category. Therefore, the system developed is suitable for administering the BLT Dana Desa service in Desa Tanambanas Barat. The developed system has contributed to improving the efficiency and accuracy of the distribution of direct cash assistance from the village fund in Desa Tanambanas Barat.
